  • Track, monitor, and status progress of piping test packs.
  • Assist with review of piping test packs as time permits.
  • Create test pack database to record all test packs from Contractor.
  • Follow test pack documentation flow from Subcontractor and Client for review and ensure timely review and return prior to Hydro and Pneumatic tests.
  • Coordinate reinstatement activities prior to closing and check sheets.
  • Coordinate the achievement of the plant piping test circuits completion as defined in the project plans and schedule by commissioning team.

VIII. Designation Operations Engineer Period September 2011 – July 2013 Organization Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Limited (India) Project Nagarjuna Refinery Responsibilities • Pre-Commissioning of Catalytic Hydrodesulphurization Unit.

  • Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Operating Manuals.
  • Review of PFD, P&ID’s and Standard Operating Procedures.

Designation Production Operator Period June 2010 – August 2011 Organization Aban Offshore (India) Project Floating Production Unit (TAHARA) (28/28 rotation) Responsibilities • Lining-up, start-up and operation of well heads, opening and closing well head valves through Cameron well head control panel.

  • Oil and gas processing consists of oil inlet manifolds ,3-stage separation, surge tank, export oil metering, skim tank, flare kod ,fuel gas kod, flare system (Kald air) and produced water treatment (Wemco Water treatment unit).
  • Well Testing and Reporting.
  • Plant Start-up, Shutdown and Troubleshooting as per standard Operating procedure.
  • Participation in emergency drills, hazard analysis, tool box meetings, task risk assessment (TRA), near miss and incident reporting & permit to work system (PTW).
  • Operation and monitoring of water injection plant consists of sea water lift pumps, deaeration system(stripping gas method)filtration system, high pressure Injection pumps (SULZAR) Driven by CATTERPILLAR Gas Engine (Model No.G3412C) & Chemical Injection system.
  • Process monitoring and control by PLC (Allen Bradley SLC-500) & SCADA system, start up and shut down as per standard operating procedures in water injection plant.
  • Raising work permits and regular housekeeping the plant.
  • Laboratory analysis of Crude Oil & Produced Water.
  • Preparing daily production report and monthly report.
  • Performing routine maintenance and checkups of all rotating equipment’s.
  • Provide primary operational emergency response support.
  • Perform monthly preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and process system as per ISO and API standards. Assist department heads for ABS, DGH, ISPS, third party and internal audits. Thorough and regular functional checks of safety systems including DELUGE system. Scheduled maintenance, Preventive maintenance activities etc.
  • Informs and assist supervisor about all relevant activities, problems relating to operations, process conditions, instrument control, and safety system as soon as they occur, or after taking initial corrective action.
