To undertake technical support services and application of specialty chemicals such as de-emulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, anti-paraffin formation, biocide, anti-foam, water clarifier, and sludge breaker.

Optimize the consumption of glycol and MDEA to minimize losses from the gas treatment system.
Carry out daily analysis of circulating glycol and MDEA for quality control and process trend interpretation.

Sample FCC fractions such as gasoline, light circle oil (LCO), naphtha, heavy circle oil (HCO), and column bottom oil streams for analysis to determine the quality of the products.
Ensure that the operating conditions – pressure, temperature and flow rate – of the process streams were maintained at desired set points.
Prepare the daily and weekly activity/performance report under the supervision of FCC unit supervising Engineer.
Work closely with the operating personnel for daily follow-up training.
